Tomorrow is May the fourth! Star Wars nerds have our own unofficial holiday! One day, somehow, I want to teach a course called Star Wars and the Biblical Worldview. But that is neither here, nor there..... If you'd like to wear a Star Wars shirt (or other clothing) to class on Monday, do it!

Looks like we will be ending this school year in our virtual realm.It's ok, though, because we've got this! Look at all you've conquered: email, Google Classroom, Zoom, Actively Learn, and Khan Academy. You've kept up the learning and the creativity. I am so proud of my students (and their parents, too!)

Today's schedule:
9:00 Homeroom: New vocab, and we will begin a unit on Greek mythology to end the year.
9:30 LA 7-1 : Hatchet, and new vocabulary
10:00 LA 7-2
10:30 LA8-2
12:00 6th LA - Jabberwocky, and a war is brewing in The Hobbit. here we thought a dragon was all we had to worry about....

I'm working diligently to grade all of our assignments. Please take a look at Renweb on Wednesday. If your child has a Missing or a zero, make sure he or she has submitted the work. If it's an Actively Learn grade, it will be on Actively Learn. I do appreciate your patience at this time.

May God bless you richly. You're in my prayers!

Psalm 135

Praise the Lord.[a]
Praise the name of the Lord;
    praise him, you servants of the Lord,
you who minister in the house of the Lord,
    in the courts of the house of our God.
Praise the Lord, for the Lord is good;
    sing praise to his name, for that is pleasant.
For the Lord has chosen Jacob to be his own,
    Israel to be his treasured possession.
I know that the Lord is great,
    that our Lord is greater than all gods.
The Lord does whatever pleases him,
    in the heavens and on the earth,
    in the seas and all their depths.

So grateful
